**If you answered “no” to 2 or more, then you have an opportunity to chart a new course for your life and will benefit greatly from coaching.

Now, on a piece of paper, rate your willingness to improve or upgrade this area of your life:

Level one: I do not see a time in the future when I will be ready and willing to make a change

Level two: I may be ready and willing to make a change at a later date

Level three: I am ready and willing to make a change in this area, let’s get started.
